Travel Provider definition
Travel Provider or "Provider" or "Providers" means the company or person who provides you with the Travel Product on terms and conditions agreed with you.
Travel Provider or "Travel Providers" means the company or person who provides you with the Travel Product such as airlines, tour and cruise operators, car hirers and accommodation providers. This may also include ticket consolidators and wholesalers that we use to facilitate travel with the Travel Provider.

The Retail Travel Provider must ensure that the T&C are accepted by the Customer prior to completing a Booking.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between the Tour Operator and the Retail Travel Provider and apply to the provision of the Services by the Retail Travel Provider.
