Travel Sector definition

Travel Sector means a non-air travel and tourism product or service that may be booked as stand alone or as part of a booking encompassing several such different products or services.

Related to Travel Sector

  • Public Sector means an employing authority as defined in s5 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994.

  • Private Sector means other than the fund, a state or federal source, or an agency of a state or the federal government.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Sector All Sectors Sub-Sector : - Industry Classification : - Level of Government : Central and Regional Type of Obligation : National Treatment Description of Measure : Malaysia reserves the right to adopt or maintain any measure relating to the issuance of licence/permit including numerical limitations and non-issuance of licences. Malaysia reserves the right to adopt or maintain any measure relating to the conditions (4) imposed in the issuance of licence/permit.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
