In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, following the Closing, Parent and Seller shall inform all owners and operators of warehouse and storage facilities listed on Schedule 3.9(a)(xvi) and carriers of Inventory that is in transit of the sale of such Inventory to the Acquired Companies, Traxys China and Traxys Russia, as applicable, pursuant to written documents approved by Acquiror.
