Treasurer’s certificate definition

Treasurer’s certificate means a certificate signed and verified by the President or a Vice-President and the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer of the Company, in addition to the statements required to be included therein by the specific Section or Article pursuant to which furnished, each Treasurer’s certificate shall, if required by the provisions of Section 1 of Article Twenty, contain the statements provided for in said Section. “Treasurer’s certificate”:
Treasurer’s certificate means a certificate signed and verified by the Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, the Chief Financial Officer, any Vice-President (whether or not his or her title includes a modifier such as “Executive”, “Senior” or the like), the Treasurer, any Assistant Treasurer, the Corporate Secretary or any Assistant Corporate Secretary of the Company or any other officer of the Company designated in a Treasurer’s certificate delivered to the Trustee to be thereafter authorized to sign and verify Treasurer’s certificates. Each such certificate shall include the statements required by Section 3.01 hereof.”
Treasurer’s certificate means a written statement by the Treasurer to be prepared and delivered to AMO as set out in section 7.1i hereto and in the form identified in Schedule H attached.
