Treasury Stock definition
Treasury Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.2.

More Definitions of Treasury Stock
Treasury Stock means shares of Company Stock held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries, in each case other than in a fiduciary (including custodial or agency) capacity or as a result of debts previously contracted in good faith.
Treasury Stock means shares of Company Common Stock held (i) in the Company’s treasury or (ii) by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or by Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries, in each case other than in a fiduciary capacity (including custodial or agency).
