Treatment Capacity definition

Treatment Capacity means:
Treatment Capacity means the maximum flow rate of water that may be treated and delivered by the Treatment Facility, as designed, during a twenty-four (24) hour period of time during the usual and ordinary operation thereof, usually expressed in terms of millions of gallons of flow per day, as set forth in a permit issued by CDPHE, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time. Treatment Capacity may vary, from time to time, for various reasons including, but not limited to, changes in state or federal law, maintenance and repair of water delivery and treatment facilities, expansions to the Treatment Facility, poor raw water quality, operational changes or force majeure events.
Treatment Capacity means the amount of Wastewater that a Member Agency has a right, on a proportional basis, to send to the Project for treatment as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Examples of Treatment Capacity in a sentence

  • Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Residential and Day Treatment Capacity (A&D 67) is for housing/lodging services for indigent, underfunded, or Medicaid-eligible Individuals who are enrolled in SUD adult or youth residential services or day treatment services where housing/lodging services are provided.

  • The amount of Storm Water Treatment Capacity Availability required for the issuance of a grading permit to OWNER shall be based upon the Net Residential Acreage of the area to be graded regardless of the corresponding use.

More Definitions of Treatment Capacity

Treatment Capacity means the design annual average capacity of sewage the Treatment Plant can treat which will initially be 200,000 GPD, with the ability to be expanded to a design annual average capacity of 400,000 GPD. The present intention of the Developer is to phase the construction and permitted capacity of the Treatment Plant as set forth in the Background to this Agreement. The Authority shall have the right to increase the Design Capacity of the Treatment Plant from time to time as additional demand for public sewer service arises.
