Tree Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Tree Spinco.
Tree Common Stock means common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Tree. “Tree Deferred Compensation Plan” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(d).

  • Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.
