Tribal Non-Fee Land definition

Tribal Non-Fee Land means the trust and reservation lands of the Tribe;
Tribal Non-Fee Land means the trust and reservation land of the Tribe;
Tribal Non-Fee Land means those lands, both trust and reservation, for which the United States Government, as trustee, holds legal title for the Tribe, as beneficiary. It includes uplands, tidelands and wetlands within the boundaries of trust and reservation lands;

  • For situations in which an imminent threat to public health is thought to exist (e.g. a foodborne disease outbreak), the Clallam County Health Officer may be contacted as outlined in the Olympic Regional Tribal-Public Health Mutual Assistance Agreement (MAA) for technical consultation and/or assistance in recommending actions to abate the public health threat on Tribal Non-Fee Land.

  • Tribal staff will maintain records on all injuries that occur on Tribal Non-Fee Land.

  • The GST does not apply to Retail Goods purchased by a Retail Vendor for its own use, on Tribal Non-Fee Land, such as office supplies, equipment, furniture, cleaning supplies, etc.

  • Responsibility for the withholding tax is assumed by the Luxembourg paying agent.
