Tribal Plan definition

Tribal Plan means the Management Plan for the 1836 Treaty Great Lakes Waters adopted by the Tribes and attached to this Decree as Appendix B, including any future changes adopted in accordance with the Tribal Plan and this Decree.
Tribal Plan means the plan developed by the Tribe and approved by HCA that details the services the Tribe will provide to individuals and communities in accordance with this Scope of Work and the Indian Nation Agreement. A Tribal Plan template and instructions for completion are attached as Exhibit B – Tribal Plan Instructions and Exhibit C – Tribal Plan Template, respectively.

  • DSHS shall notify the Indian Nation of any projected or anticipated budget increase or decrease that affects any program or service contained in its Tribal Plan.
