Trident Retained Business definition
Trident Retained Business has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreements.
Trident Retained Business means (i) the business and operations of Trident and the Trident Group other than the Fountain Business, (ii) Trident’s ownership of equity in Atkore International Group Inc. and (iii) any businesses or operations acquired or established by or for Trident or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with the operation of the Trident Retained Business after the date of this Agreement.
