During each full Triennial Period during the Term, commencing upon the first (1st) full Triennial Period during the Term, measured as of the last day of each such Triennial Period, on a collective basis for CEOC and its subsidiaries, Tenant and Other Tenants shall expend Capital Expenditures and Other Capital Expenditures in an aggregate amount equal to no less than the Triennial Minimum Cap Ex Amount A (the “Triennial Minimum Cap Ex Requirement A”).

Notwithstanding 47 anything herein to the contrary, fifty percent (50%) of all Capital Expenditures constituting Material Capital Improvements shall be credited toward the Triennial Allocated Minimum Cap Ex Amount B Floor applicable to the Triennial Period during which such Capital Expenditures were incurred and the other fifty percent (50%) of such Capital Expenditures constituting Material Capital Improvements shall not be credited toward the Triennial Allocated Minimum Cap Ex Amount B Floor.
