TRIP CHARGE definition

TRIP CHARGE. A “Trip Charge” of $75/hour is charged when service is scheduled by the customer and our driver is unable to complete the service due to container being blocked, overweight, filled above the sides, door not secured, site conditions, etc. The Customer is responsible for making sure the location is accessible and free of obstruction for Container removal and the Container is loaded properly. • OUTSIDE SERVICE AREA: Delivery to locations outside the Service Area may be subject to increased Service Fees. • CONTAINER RELOCATION: After initial delivery, scheduling additional trips to move or relocate the container will be charged at a rate of $75 per hour. Rates may increase based on geographic location.
TRIP CHARGE means, for a category of Vehicle, a Trip and a Quarter, the amount calculated in relation to that category of Vehicle, that Trip and that Quarter under section 5.3.

  • EXAMPLES OF EMERGENCIES INCLUDE: FIRE, SMOKE, SPARKS, FUMES, NOXIOUS ODORS, LEGAL NUISANCE, CRIME IN PROGRESS, CLEAR AND IMMINENT DANGER, REAL-TIME REPORT OF TRESPASSERS OR LOITERERS ON PREMISES, REAL TIME REPORT OF SMOKING IN NON-SMOKING AREAS, REAL TIME REPORT OF PARKING VIOLATIONS, PERSON TRAPPED IN ELEVATOR OR RESTROOM, LOCKED OUT OF OFFICE (SUBJECT TO OUR STAFF AVAILABILITY AND $25 TRIP CHARGE).

  • IF A RETURN TRIP IS REQUIRED TO ACTUALLY START HEATER, A SECOND TRIP CHARGE OF $45.00 WILL APPLY.

Related to TRIP CHARGE
