Trip Participant definition

Trip Participant means all persons participating in a trip, including Elders, their spouses, and the Contact Person.

Examples of Trip Participant in a sentence

  • Mektoub Henna shall provide the Booking Services to you, the Trip Participant, in accordance with the provisions of these Booking Terms and Conditions.

  • Each Trip Participant is required to carry a valid passport and obtain all required visas and/or permits for countries visited.

  • By booking a trip with us the Trip Participant agrees to these Booking Terms and Conditions.

  • For example, if the Trip Participant departs Morocco on January 1, their passport must be valid until at least June 2.

  • This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Trip Participant and Mektoub Henna, and your booking will be accepted on this basis.

  • In order to efficiently facilitate Mektoub Henna trips, Mektoub Henna requires specific details from each Trip Participant which we will gather from you via a questionnaire to be sent after registration.

  • Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).

  • L/C Participant shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.3(a).

  • CDS Participant means a participant in CDS that holds security entitlements in Units on behalf of beneficial owners of those Units;

  • Qualified Participant means an individual who is a participant of Tier 2 and who meets 1 of the following requirements:

  • Terminated Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but whose employment has been terminated other than by death, Total and Permanent Disability or retirement.

  • First Tier Participant refers to the participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a grantee or subgrantee of Federal funds (such as the prime or general contractor). “Lower Tier Participant” refers any participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a First Tier Participant or other Lower Tier Participants (such as subcontractors and suppliers).

  • Designated Participant means such employees or officers of the Company or a related entity of the Company as the Board may designate from time to time as eligible to participate in the Plan;

  • Former Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has ceased to be a Participant for any reason.

  • Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.

  • Plan Participant means a person who is eligible to receive, and is receiving, a pension benefit from the Plan.

  • Retired Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has become entitled to retirement benefits under the Plan.

  • Eligible Employee means full-time and part-time employees in the bargaining unit who have completed four hundred and fifty (450) hours of service and who are not prohibited from contributing to the Plan by legislation or the Plan rules because of their age or because they are in receipt of a pension from the Plan.

  • Study Participant means a person recruited to participate in the Study.

  • Participating employee means an employee whose election to participate in a Plan has been approved by the employer.
