Trip Trade definition

Trip Trade means when, in a single transaction, a Flight Attendant trades her/his trip(s) or a day off with another Flight Attendant or a trip in Open Time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Trip Trade means when, in a single transaction, a regular Flight Attendant trades a trip or a day off with another regular Flight Attendant in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Trip Trade in a sentence

  • A Lineholder who voluntarily gives up a sequence(s) through the provisions of the Electronic Trade Board (ETB) or the Trip Trade System (TTS) to reduce her/his credited hours below seventy-one (71) hours shall have her/his applicable guarantee reduced accordingly.

  • Any flying that becomes known after sequence construction will be distributed through the Trip Trade System (TTS), Daily Processing and Reserve Processing, unless governed by a specific provision of this agreement, e.g., CRAF or charters, in which case those provisions shall apply.

  • Each transaction will only be submitted to the Company utilizing the electronic Open Time Management and Trip Trade system.

  • Trip Trade - A pairing or Reserve Block swap between two Flight Attendants or a drop of a pairing or Reserve Block by a Flight Attendant and subsequent pick-up of that pairing or Reserve Block by another Flight Attendant.

  • Any flying that becomes known after sequence construction will be distributed through Trip Trade System (TTS), Daily Processing and Reserve Processing, unless governed by a specific provision of this agreement, e.g., CRAF or charters, in which case those provisions shall apply.

  • All manual Open Time and Trip Trade processing (e.g., split trips) will be processed between the hours of 0900-0100.

  • The Pilot’s first Trip in the Month that he did not perform is Assignment #1 (2- Day Trip with a scheduled PCH of 12 PCH) and the Second Trip Pairing that is not Performed in the Month is Assignment #2 (1-Day Trip with a scheduled PCH of 6 PCH), he shall need to use Three (3) Sick Days in his Sick Bank to protect the eighteen (18) PCH, as a result of the Trip Trade decreasing his Line PCH.

  • Subsequently, the Pilot does not perform one, of a portion of the three (3) Assignments that were part of the Trip Trade.

  • If the Assignment(s) was a “pick-up” (i.e., straight pick up, no part of a Trip Trade) in Open Time, he shall not be credited for the PCH from such Assignment that was not performed.

  • The Pilot shall not be credited for the Ten (10) PCH increase that resulted from the Trip Trade and he shall use three (3) Sick Days from his Sick Bank to protect the remaining eight (8) PCH.
