Trivial activities definition

Trivial activities means activities and emissions units, such as the following, that may be omitted from a Class I or Class II permit application. Certain of the following listed activities include qualifying statements intended to exclude similar activities:
Trivial activities means any individual or combination of air emissions units that are considered inconsequential and are on a list approved by the Administrator and contained in Appendix J.
Trivial activities means any activity that is considered inconsequential, as determined by the District. The District will maintain a list of trivial activities. This list shall be made available to the public upon request.

Examples of Trivial activities in a sentence

  • All plug-in connectors shall be coated with Truck-Lite NYK compound prior to assembly.
