Trunk Inventory definition

Trunk Inventory means “trunk stock inventory” that is in the possession of sales personnel of the Loan Parties.
Trunk Inventory means Inventory in the possession of salesmen of Borrowers for purposes of marketing or supplying products to Borrowers’ customers.

Examples of Trunk Inventory in a sentence

  • In addition to the foregoing: • In the Ordinary Course of Business, the Loan Party or any of the Loan Parties Subsidiaries’ sales representatives hold Trunk Inventory in their possession for sales calls and procedures, which Trunk Inventory is not held at a specific location or locations.
