Trust Board member means an executive or non-executive director of the Board as the context permits.
Trust Board member. (or “Board Member”) means an individual regarded as being a member of the Trust Board. The influence (or potential influence) exerted by the individual is the key determinant, rather than their ability to vote at Board meetings. Trust Board members are those that are expected to be at each Board meeting (and sit at the Board table), and contribute fully to each agenda item.
