Trust Conditions definition

Trust Conditions means the trust conditions (administratievoorwaarden) adopted by the Trust Foundation, as amended from time to time.
Trust Conditions. (‘administratie voorwaarden’) means the agreement entered into by operation of law between Stichting Administratiekantoor Tornier and the Participants upon receiving Depositary Receipts.
Trust Conditions means the Deed of Adoption of Terms and Conditions of Administration, dated as of December 6, 2005, between the Foundation and Cayco, as amended to the extent permitted under the Loan Documents.
