Trust Estates definition

Trust Estates has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Trust Estates shall have the meanings set forth in the Trust Agreements and “Trust Estate” shall mean either of them.
Trust Estates has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a). “UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of New York; provided, however, that in the event that, by reason of mandatory provisions of law, any or all of the perfection or priority of, or remedies with respect to, any Collateral is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted and in effect in a jurisdiction other than the State of New York, the term “UCC” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted and in effect in such other jurisdiction solely for purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such perfection, priority or remedies.

Examples of Trust Estates in a sentence

  • Any such transfer of the Trust Estate's right, title and interest in and to Mortgage Loans shall be without recourse, representation or warranty by or of the Indenture Trustee or the Trust Estate to the Issuer or its designee.

  • Any such indemnification will only be recoverable from the applicable Trust Estate or Trust Estates.

  • Such indemnity shall include payment from the applicable Trust Estate or Trust Estates of the costs and expenses incurred by such Trustee Indemnified Party in defending itself against any claim or liability in its capacity as a Trustee Indemnified Party.

  • Except required by Section 14.6 of this Indenture, the Trustee shall not be responsible for any recording, re-recording, filing or refiling of this Indenture or other document to perfect the Trust Estate's security interest in the Collateral.

  • In addition, upon the foreclosure of the lien created by this Deed of Trust on the Trust Estates pursuant to the provisions hereof, any leases or subleases the existing and created by Trustor shall not be destroyed or terminated by application of the law of merger or as a matter of law or as a result of such foreclosure unless Beneficiary or any purchaser at any such foreclosure sale shall so elect.


More Definitions of Trust Estates

Trust Estates means, collectively, the Junior Trust Estate together with the Senior Trust Estate.
Trust Estates means each Trust Estate as defined in Appendix A to each of the Participation Agreements.

Related to Trust Estates

  • Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of this Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including, without limitation, all property and interests Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.

  • Trust Property means as of any particular time any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, which at such time is owned or held by or for the account of the Trust or the Trustees in such capacity.

  • Owner Trust Estate means all right, title and interest of the Trust in and to the property and rights assigned to the Trust pursuant to Article II of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, all funds on deposit from time to time in the Trust Accounts and all other property of the Trust from time to time, including any rights of the Trust pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Indenture Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including, without limitation, all property and interests Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.

  • Indenture Estate shall have the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of the Lease Indenture.
