Trust Fee definition

Trust Fee means the fee based on the NAV at day end payable by Participants to the Trustee for its services as indicated in Annex A.
Trust Fee means the fee based on the net asset value of the Fund at day end payable by Participants to the Trustee as indicated in Annex A.
Trust Fee means the fee receivable by the Trustee as a consideration for the transaction of the trust administration of the Trust, and shall collectively refer to the Management and Trust Fee No. 1 and Management and Trust Fee No. 2.
