Trust Notes definition

Trust Notes. As defined in the Introductory Statement.

Trust Notes means the Series 1 Trust Notes, Series 2 Trust Notes and Series 3 Trust Notes, collectively.

Trust Notes means the Series 1 Trust Notes, Series 2 Trust Notes and Series 3 Trust Notes, collectively. “Trust Units” means the units of the Trust.

• This Certificate is limited in right of payment to, among other things, certain collections and recoveries in respect of the Trust Notes, as more specifically set forth herein and in the Trust and Servicing Agreement.

Trust Notes means the Trust Notes — Series 2019-A and any other instruments representing subordinated unsecured debt obligations of the Trust as may be issued and outstanding under the Series 2019-A Indenture from time to time.
