Trust Notes definition

Trust Notes. As defined in the Introductory Statement.

Trust Notes means the Series 1 Trust Notes, Series 2 Trust Notes and Series 3 Trust Notes, collectively.

Trust Notes means the Series 1 Trust Notes, Series 2 Trust Notes and Series 3 Trust Notes, collectively. “Trust Units” means the units of the Trust.

• This Certificate is limited in right of payment to, among other things, certain collections and recoveries in respect of the Trust Notes, as more specifically set forth herein and in the Trust and Servicing Agreement.

Trust Notes means the Trust Notes — Series 2016-A of the Trust, representing a series of junior subordinated unsecured debt obligations, due August 15, 2076.
