Trust Notice means a notice in respect of Scottish Receivables in the form set out in the Schedule 11 (Form Of Scottish Trust Notice) to the RSD; Securitisation Tax Regulations means the Taxation of Securitisation Companies Regulations 2006 (2006/3296) (as amended); Securitised Portfolio shall mean the total portfolio of Designated Accounts, the Receivables arising on which (or a beneficial interest therein) are held by the Receivables Trustee on behalf of the Beneficiaries (excluding the Ineligible Receivables Pool and Designated Accounts that are not Eligible Accounts); Security means, in relation to each Loan Note Issuer, the security created by or pursuant to the Security Trust Deed and Cash Management Agreement;
