Trust Preferred Security definition

Trust Preferred Security means an undivided beneficial ownership interest in the assets of the Trust having a Liquidation Amount of $__ and having rights and preferences provided therefor in this Trust Agreement, including the right to receive Distributions and a Liquidation Distribution as provided herein.
Trust Preferred Security has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(a) hereof.
