Trust Storage Account definition

Trust Storage Account means a wallet that is not online and not connected to the internet, used for storage of the Trust's SOLs where they are readily accessible and available to pay Trust expenses.

  • A Purchaser who places a Purchase Order shall deliver the Bitcoin Purchase Amount to the (i) Bitcoin Account, the Trust Storage Account, the Trust Safekeeping Account, at the Sponsor’s instruction or (ii) a cash denominated account, at the direction of the Sponsor or its delegate, in each case by no later than 6:00 p.m., Eastern time on the Purchase Order Day.
