Trust Transfer Date definition

Trust Transfer Date has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(f).
Trust Transfer Date means, with respect to the Chico Land and the North Fork Land, the date on which such property is placed in trust, for gaming purposes, with the United States of America, as trustee for the respective Tribe to which such land relates.
Trust Transfer Date means the thirtieth (30th) day after the Effective Date on which all assets of the Estates are transferred to the ATS Liquidating Trust for further disposition.

  • Transfer Date means, in relation to a transfer, the later of:

  • Subsequent Transfer Date With respect to each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, the date on which the related Subsequent Mortgage Loans are sold to the Trust Fund.

  • BAseries Servicer Interchange means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Servicer Interchange (as such term is defined in the Series 2001-D Supplement) with respect to such Monthly Period and (b) a fraction the numerator of which is the Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount for the BAseries for such Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Weighted Average Available Funds Allocation Amount for all series of Notes for such Monthly Period.

  • Remittance Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately following) of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price means the lowest aggregate price quoted by a primary U.S. government securities dealer in New York City to the Quotation Agent on the third Business Day immediately preceding the Tax Event Redemption Date for the purchase of the Treasury Portfolio for settlement on the Tax Event Redemption Date.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Note A-6 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-6 Securitization.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement The agreement between the Depositor and the Seller regarding the transfer of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.
