Trust Xxxx. The corpus of the trust created hereunder consisting of (i) the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, the Servicing Agreements solely as each such Servicing Agreement relates to the Mortgage Loans being serviced by the related Servicer (other than those rights under the Servicing Agreements that do not relate to the servicing of the Mortgage Loans (including, without limitation, the representations and warranties made by the applicable Servicers (with respect to the Mortgage Loans sold to the Transferor) and the document delivery requirements of such Servicer and the remedies (including indemnification) available for breaches thereto), which rights were retained by the Transferor pursuant to the Assignment Agreements); (ii) the Mortgage Loans and all interest and principal received on or with respect thereto after the Cut-off Date to the extent not applied in computing the Cut-off Date Principal Balance thereof; (iii) the Collection Account and the Distribution Account and all amounts deposited therein pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Agreement; (iv) property that secured a Mortgage Loan and has been acquired by foreclosure, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure or otherwise and (v) all proceeds of the conversion, voluntary or involuntary, of any of the foregoing.
