Receivables Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(i) hereof.
Applicable Advance Rate For each Collateral Obligation and for the applicable number of Business Days between the certification date for a sale or participation required by Section 9.4 and the expected date of such sale or participation, the percentage specified below: Senior Secured Loans with a Market Value of: 90% or more of par 100 % 93 % 92 % 88 % Below 90% of par 100 % 80 % 73 % 60 % Other Collateral Obligations with a Xxxxx’x Rating of at least “B3” and a Market Value of 90% or more of par 100 % 89 % 85 % 75 % All other Collateral Obligations 100 % 75 % 65 % 45 %
Maximum Advance Rate means 80.0%.
Advance Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13.
Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.
Credit Card Advance Rate means 90%.
Term Loan Interest Rate means for any day a per annum rate of interest equal to the greater of (i) (a) the prime rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal, plus (b) 5.90%, and (ii) 9.15%.
Inventory Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(ii) hereof.
Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.
Master Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, ____% per annum.
Indenture Trustee Fee Rate means the per annum rate at which the Indenture Trustee Fee is calculated.
Basic Rate means the applicable basic minimum wage rate prevailing on the date 28 days prior to the latest date for submission of Tenders, by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance.
Custodian Fee Rate As to any Distribution Date, the applicable Custodian Fee for such Distribution Date, converted to a per annum rate on (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Interest Accrual Period and (ii) with respect to the Determination Date in May 2006 only, the portion of the Closing Date Deposit Amount allocable to principal (calculated on an actual/360 basis), but in no event shall the Custodian Fee Rate be less than 0.0035%.
Loan Interest Rate means, as to any Loan, the annual rate of interest specified in the Loan.
Trustee Fee Rate 0.0025% per annum.
Administrative Fee Rate The sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate and the CREFC® Licensing Fee Rate.
Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the annual rate of interest remitted to the Purchaser, which shall be equal to the Mortgage Interest Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.
Special Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each REO Loan, 0.25% per annum.
Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.
Servicing Advances All customary, reasonable and necessary "out of pocket" costs and expenses incurred in the performance by the Master Servicer of its servicing obligations, including, but not limited to, the cost of (i) the preservation, restoration and protection of a Mortgaged Property, (ii) any expenses reimbursable to the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.11 and any enforcement or judicial proceedings, including foreclosures, (iii) the management and liquidation of any REO Property and (iv) compliance with the obligations under Section 3.09.
Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.
Class B Note Rate means % per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
Note Rate means, in the case of the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-1 Rate; in the case of the Class A-2a Notes, the Class A-2a Rate; in the case of the Class A-2b Notes, the Class A-2b Rate; in the case of the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-3 Rate; in the case of the Class A-4 Notes, the Class A-4 Rate; in the case of the Class B Notes, the Class B Rate; in the case of the Class C Notes, the Class C Rate; and in the case of the Class D Notes, the Class D Rate.
Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan serviced pursuant to this Agreement under which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the related Mortgage Note.
Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0055% per annum.
