Trustee Collection Account definition

Trustee Collection Account means any Eligible Account established and maintained by the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 5.3(a) hereof.
Trustee Collection Account has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Trustee Collection Account means the account described in Clause 15 of the RSA or any sub-account therefor or replacement thereof at any Qualifying Institution outside the United Kingdom;
