Trustee Dealings with Company. The Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may make loans to, accept deposits from, and perform services for the Company or its Affiliates, and may otherwise deal with the Company or its Affiliates, as if it were not the Trustee.

Subject to the TIA, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee under the Indenture, in its individual or any other capacity, may make loans to, accept deposits from, and perform services for the Company, the Guarantors, if any, or their respective affiliates, and may otherwise deal with the Company, the Guarantors, if any, or their respective affiliates, as if it were not Trustee.
