Trustee Ex Officio definition

Trustee Ex Officio means a person serving as a Trustee who has been duly elected or appointed as a Trustee who is not granted the power to vote on matters that come before the Trustees except under extraordinary circumstances set forth in this Declaration of Trust, but who is otherwise entitled to attend and participate in the consideration of matters that come before the Trustees.
