Trustee Secured Obligations definition

Trustee Secured Obligations means all amounts and obligations which the Issuer may at any time owe to the Trustee for the benefit of the Noteholders under this Indenture or the Notes or any other Basic Document.
Trustee Secured Obligations means all amounts and obligations which the Trust may at any time owe to or on behalf of the Trustee, Collateral Agent, Trust Collateral Agent (without regard to any limitations on the amounts payable to the Trustee, the Collateral Agent or the Trust Collateral Agent specified in such Transaction Documents), or the Noteholders under the Indenture or other Transaction Documents.
Trustee Secured Obligations means, with respect to a Series, all amounts and obligations which OFL or the Seller may at any time owe or be required to perform to or on behalf of (i) the Trustee, the Trust or the Certificateholders under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to such Series, (ii) the Trustee, the Owner Trustee, the Trust, the Certificateholders or the Noteholders under the Trust Agreement, the Sale and Servicing Agreement or the Indenture with respect to such Series or (iii) the Trustee and the Noteholders under the Indenture with respect to the Warehousing Series.

  • No Residual Certificateholder shall have any right to institute any proceeding, judicial or otherwise, with respect to this Indenture, or for the appointment of a receiver or trustee, or for any other remedy hereunder while any Trustee Secured Obligations or Note Insurer Secured Obligations remain outstanding.
