Trustee Transfer definition

Trustee Transfer means (a) a transfer to the Custodian of an amount by the custodian of a retirement plan qualified for tax-favored treatment under Section 401(a) of the Code or by the trustee(s) of a trust forming part of such a plan, which plan provides for such transfer; or (b) a Direct Rollover within the meaning of Section 402(c)(8)(B) of the Code; provided that with respect to any withdrawal or distribution from the Plan, a Participant may elect a transfer to only one eligible retirement plan, except as may otherwise be determined by the Committee, in a uniform and nondiscriminatory manner.
Trustee Transfer means a contribution of a distribution described in Code Sections 220(f)(5) or 223(f)(5) from an Xxxxxx MSA or an HSA, respectively, benefiting the Account Owner. If a Rollover Contribution occurs, then funds must be deposited into the Account within 60 days after the date of the distribution from the Xxxxxx MSA or HSA.
Trustee Transfer means (a) a transfer to the Trustee of an amount by the trustee of a retirement plan qualified for tax-favored treatment under Section 401(a) of the Code or by the trustee(s) of a trust forming part of such a plan, which plan provides for such transfer; or (b) a transfer from the Plan Administrator of an amount for the benefit of a Participant to the custodian of an eligible retirement plan within the meaning of Section 402(c)(8)(B) of the Code, provided such plan provides for the receipt of such transfers.

Trustee Transfer means a direct transfer of assets from the trustee or custodian of any other plan of the type defined in section 414(i) or (j) of the Code (including an employee stock ownership plan that satisfies the requirements of Section 301(d) of the Tax Reduction Act of 1975) the trust or custodial account forming part of which is qualified under section 401(a) of the Code and, if applicable, section 401(d) of the Code or from a qualified annuity plan described in section 403(a) of the Code, other than a "direct transfer of an eligible rollover distribution" as described in section 401(a)(31) of the Code.
