T&S Commissioning Delay Event definition

T&S Commissioning Delay Event means an event or circumstance that prevents or delays the development, construction, completion, and/or commissioning of the relevant T&S Network and as a result prevents or delays the Facility from exporting captured CO2 Rich Stream to the relevant T&S Network (except to the extent that such event or circumstance arises out of or in connection with an act, omission breach or default of the Generator or its Representatives, including any breach by the Generator or its Representatives of an Industry Document). This includes but is not limited to the failure of the relevant T&S Operator to carry out in a timely manner: (A) any connection works specified in the T&S Construction Agreement; or (B) any required works to the relevant T&S Network in order for the Facility to export captured CO2 Rich Stream to the relevant T&S Network;

This includes but is not limited to the failure of the relevant T&S Operator to carry out in a timely manner: (A) any connection works specified in the T&S Construction Agreement; or (B) any required works to the relevant T&S Network in order for the Facility to export captured CO2 to the relevant T&S Network.
T&S Commissioning Delay Event means an event or circumstance that prevents or delays the development, construction, completion, and/or commissioning of the relevant T&S Network and as a result prevents or delays the Capture Plant from exporting captured CO2 Rich Stream

Examples of T&S Commissioning Delay Event in a sentence

  • The Generator may, if it considers that a T&S Commissioning Delay Event has occurred and is still continuing, give a notice to the DPA Counterparty (a "TCDE Notice").

  • This mechanism follows the CCUS Programme Contracts and allows the Producer to manage the CO2 T&S Commissioning Delay Event in accordance with the Producer's priorities (for example, to deliver security of supply to its Offtakers).

Related to T&S Commissioning Delay Event

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Start-up period means up to a maximum of 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age-range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Qualifying project means (i) any education facility, including, but not limited to a school building, any functionally related and subordinate facility and land of a school building (including any stadium or other facility primarily used for school events), and any depreciable property provided for use in a school facility that is operated as part of the public school system or as an institution of higher education; (ii) any building or facility that meets a public purpose and is developed or operated by or for any public entity; (iii) any improvements, together with equipment, necessary to enhance public safety and security of buildings to be principally used by a public entity; (iv) utility and telecommunications and other communications infrastructure; (v) a recreational facility; (vi) technology infrastructure and services, including, but not limited to, telecommunications, automated data processing, word processing and management information systems, and related information, equipment, goods and services; (vii) any technology, equipment, or infrastructure designed to deploy wireless broadband services to schools, businesses, or residential areas; or (viii) any improvements necessary or desirable to any unimproved locally- or state-owned real estate.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Qualifying Transmission Upgrade means a proposed enhancement or addition to the Transmission System that: (a) will increase the Capacity Emergency Transfer Limit into an LDA by a megawatt quantity certified by the Office of the Interconnection; (b) the Office of the Interconnection has determined will be in service on or before the commencement of the first Delivery Year for which such upgrade is the subject of a Sell Offer in the Base Residual Auction; (c) is the subject of a Facilities Study Agreement executed before the conduct of the Base Residual Auction for such Delivery Year and (d) a New Service Customer is obligated to fund through a rate or charge specific to such facility or upgrade.

  • Initial compliance period means the three-year compliance period that begins January 1, 1993, except for the MCLs for dichloromethane, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, benzo(a)pyrene, dalapon, di(2-ethylhexyl)adipate, di(2-ethyl- hexyl)phthalate, dinoseb, diquat, endothall, endrin, glyphosate, hexachlorobenzene, hexachlorocyclopentadiene, oxamyl, picloram, simazine, 2,3,7,8-TCDD, antimony, beryllium, cyanide, nickel, and thallium, as they apply to a supplier whose system has fewer than 150 service connections, for which it means the three-year compliance period that began on January 1, 1996.

  • Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Clean-Up Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(b).

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Reportable Compliance Event means that any Covered Entity becomes a Sanctioned Person, or is charged by indictment, criminal complaint or similar charging instrument, arraigned, or custodially detained in connection with any Anti-Terrorism Law or any predicate crime to any Anti-Terrorism Law, or has knowledge of facts or circumstances to the effect that it is reasonably likely that any aspect of its operations is in actual or probable violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;
