TSA Gift Certificates means gift certificates bearing the marks THE SPORTS AUTHORITY and THE SPORTS AUTHORITY & Design, printed and distributed under the auspices of Retailer, offered by Retailer for redemption at its TSA Stores, or if by XXX.xxx on the TSA Site, redeemable only at Retailer's TSA Stores.
