TSP IX definition

TSP IX means the TSP information exchange that receives and displays the tolerances, nominations, Scheduled Quantities, incentives and fees, certain notices and other information in relation to the TSP’s operation of the open access regime for the Maui Pipeline and whose homepage is located at http://www.mauipipeline.co.nz when accessed using the user name provided by the TSP and the relevant password, or such other website as may be notified by the TSP to each Shipper and Welded Party from time to time.

Examples of TSP IX in a sentence

  • If the Shipper wishes to amend its Provisional Nominations, then, by 4:00pm on the Day before the Transmission Day, the Shipper must notify TSP of any new Nominated Quantities or changes to its Provisional Nominations for each Welded Point for the following Day either by using the appropriate screen on the TSP IX or submitting an electronic file in the form prescribed by TSP to the TSP IX.

  • TSP shall provide notice of Scheduled Maintenance on the Maui Pipeline to affected Parties via the TSP IX as early as is practicable prior to, and in any event, not less than 30 Days before, a Maintenance Day.

  • A Provisional Nomination shall not become an Approved Nomination, and the Shipper’s request to amend a Provisional Nomination shall not have effect, until TSP has confirmed that Approved Nomination to the Shipper via the TSP IX.

  • A time equivalent of the Contingency Volume will be posted on the TSP IX on a Daily basis.

  • TSP shall make operational information in respect of Force Majeure or Contingency Events available on the TSP IX as soon as practicable and shall update that information as necessary.

  • Upon station notification, the Fire Department strives to maintain a six-minute response time for at least 90 percent of all emergency calls, although some hillside neighborhoods are up to seven (Madrone Woodlands) and eight minutes (highest part of Sunrise Lane) away.

  • By 4.00pm on the Day before Transmission Day, TSP shall notify each Welded Party of TSP’s Proposed Scheduled Quantity for each of that Welded Party’s Welded Points for the Transmission Day using the appropriate screens on the TSP IX.

  • Any Notification or any requested amendment of a Notification given by the agent or party holding authorisation to make such notice must be made using the relevant log-in to the TSP IX for such Notification.

  • TSP will post available capacity of the Maui Pipeline on the TSP IX in accordance with section 4, and will disclose, on request by a Shipper or Welded Party, the basis on which it calculates the capacity to the Shipper, Welded Party or an independent expert appointed by a Shipper or Welded Party.

  • By signing this Booking Form, Client confirms that it has read and understood both the Booking Form and the Informa Sponsorship and Exhibition Terms and Conditions - Hybrid Events and acknowledges and agrees to be bound by their terms.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • 2 Wire Analog Voice Grade Loop or “Analog 2W” provides an effective 2-wire channel with 2-wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of analog Voice Grade (nominal 300 to 3000 Hz) signals and loop-start signaling. This Loop type is more fully described in Verizon Technical Reference (TR)-72565, as revised from time-to-time.
