TSX Letter definition

TSX Letter means the conditional approval letter dated October 31, 2019 issued by the TSX in respect of the Offering;
TSX Letter has the meaning ascribed thereto in subsection 4(a)(iv);

  • PolyMet will take all lawful action (including taking all lawful action required by each of the TSX Letter and the NYSE American Letter) as may be required and appropriate so that the Rights Offering Securities are (and remain) conditionally approved for listing on the TSX and NYSE American, subject to receipt of customary final documentation.

  • In rendering our opinion set forth in paragraph 10 below, we have relied solely on the conditional approval letter (the "TSX Letter") of the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") addressed to the Corporation dated ●, 2006, a copy of which has been provided to you.
