TTN Final Agreement definition

TTN Final Agreement means the final agreement dated November 27, 2013 between Tsuu T’ina First Nation, as represented by the Chief and Council, and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Alberta, as represented by the Minister of Transportation, the Minister of Infrastructure and the Minister of Aboriginal Relations, as such agreement may be amended from time to time;

  • The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Province is under no obligation, legal or otherwise, to the Contractor to seek any extension under the TTN Final Agreement.

  • In the event the Province finally and conclusively obtains (whether by agreement of the TTN or by final determination by a Court that is no longer subject to appeal) an extension to the seven year period under section 15 of the TTN Final Agreement (which, as of the date of this Agreement, is seven years from May 22, 2015), then the dates in clauses (g), (h), and (i) of Section 16.8 shall be adjusted day for day based on the extension obtained by the Province under the TTN Final Agreement.
