Tuition pupil means a pupil of school age attending school in a district other than the pupil's district of residence for whom tuition may be charged to the district of residence. Tuition pupil does not include a pupil who is a special education pupil, a pupil described in subsection (6)(c) to (o), or a pupil whose parent or guardian voluntarily enrolls the pupil in a district that is not the pupil's district of residence. A pupil's district of residence shall not require a high school tuition pupil, as provided under section 111, to attend another school district after the pupil has been assigned to a school district.
Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.
Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and
Tuition means the total amount of money charged for the cost of a qualifying student to attend an independent school including, but not limited to, fees for attending the school and school-related transportation.
Expense Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c).
Tuition and fees means undergraduate tuition and services
Severance Costs means the costs which the employers are legally obliged to pay to or in respect of the Crew as a result of the early termination of any employment contract for service on the Vessel.
Transition Costs means the reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees but excluding overhead) incurred or payable by the Successor Servicer in connection with the transfer of servicing (whether due to termination, resignation or otherwise), including allowable compensation of employees and overhead costs incurred or payable in connection with the transfer of the Receivable Files or any amendment to the Sale and Servicing Agreement required in connection with the transfer of servicing.
Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.
Termination Costs means all documented Direct Costs and Indirect Costs incurred by Transmission Owner in connection with the performance of the Services (i) prior to the effective date of termination, including such costs incurred for materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, engineering and other items, materials, assets or services that cannot reasonably be avoided, mitigated or cancelled, (ii) to unwind any work undertaken prior to or after the effective date of termination to the extent reasonably necessary to return the Projects to a configuration or condition in compliance with Good Utility Practice and applicable Law, and (iii) arising from cancellation costs relating to orders or contracts entered into in connection with the performance of Services by Transmission Owner prior to the effective date of the termination.
Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).
income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;
Further Competition Procedure means the ordering procedure described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of this Framework Agreement;
Legal Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(b) of the Subscription Agreement;
Expense Agreement means the Agreement as to Expenses and Liabilities between the Depositor and the Trust, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit D, as amended from time to time.
Indemnity Agreement means that certain Indemnity Agreement dated as of the Closing Date by Borrower and Indemnitor in favor of Lender.
contributory employment and support allowance means an allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as amended by the provisions of Schedule 3, and Part 1 of Schedule 14, to the Welfare Reform Act 2012 that remove references to an income-related allowance and a contributory allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as that Part has effect apart from those provisions;
Agreement Payment means a Payment paid or payable pursuant to this Agreement.
Indemnification Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11(a).
Severance Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.
Reimbursement Agreement as defined in Section 2.8(b).
Severance means the complete separation and dismemberment of the part from the body.
Severance Agreement means the Amended and Restated Key Executive Severance Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the parties, as it may be amended from time to time, that provides for certain benefits related to termination of the Executive’s employment that are unrelated to a Change of Control.
Severance Payment means any amount paid by a board to or in behalf of a superintendent on early termination of the superinten- dent’s contract that exceeds the amount earned by the superinten- dent under the contract as of the date of termination, including any amount that exceeds the amount of earned standard salary and benefits that is paid as a condition of early termination of the con- tract. Payments to a former superintendent who remains employed by a district in another capacity or contracts with a district to pro- vide the district services may be severance payments in whole or in part if the payments are compensation for the early termination of a prior employment agreement. Severance payments include any payment for actual or threatened litigation involving or related to the employment contract. Education Code 11.201(c); 19 TAC 105.1021(a)(1)
Transition Expenses The reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of the Backup Servicer incurred in connection with the transferring the servicing obligations under this Agreement and amending this Agreement to reflect such transfer in an amount not to exceed $100,000.
Special Allowance Payments means payments, designated as such, consisting of effective interest subsidies by the Department in respect of the Trust Student Loans to the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Trust in accordance with the Higher Education Act.
