Tuition Waiver definition

Tuition Waiver. An employee whose assignment authorization is less than fifty (50) percent shall not be entitled to tuition waiver benefits.
Tuition Waiver means any tuition waiver available to any Eligible Employee in accordance with the Regulations or any Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Tuition Waiver. A release from financial obligation for tuition to attend a Massachusetts state college, a community college, or university for former University of Massachusetts - Worcester Campus clinical employees who were hired by the university prior to November 25, 1997, and who transferred to UMass Memorial. Tuition Waiver means an exemption of fees (in part or in whole) for courses, programs of study, or both.
