Turnout time definition

Turnout time means the time beginning when units receive notification of the emergency to the beginning point of response time. [2005 c 376 § 402.]
Turnout time means the time interval that begins when a participant is notified to don personal protective equipment (PPE) and self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and ends when the participant initiates fire suppression or fire rescue actions.
