Turnover Package definition

Turnover Package means the following:
Turnover Package means the package of information, as more fully described in the City’s Technical Specification, required to be developed and completed by the Contractor documenting that a System is ready for the City to commence commissioning activities.
Turnover Package means the documentation (including drawings, start-up procedures, log sheets, settings, and other items) in content, form and substance reasonably acceptable to Owner, submitted by Contractor to Owner which demonstrates that the systems comprising the Facility have been completed in accordance with this Contract and may be operated safely for their intended purposes.

Examples of Turnover Package in a sentence

  • Developer shall submit, on or before the Ownership Transfer Date, to Connecting Transmission Owner the Turnover Package which consists of the following documents: picture of equipment nameplate, equipment documentation, Vendor O&M manual, vendor drawings, QA/QC documents, installation commissioning, Engineer of Record Professional, Engineer certification, certificate of occupancy, “as built” color markup of design drawings, and warranties.

  • A complete compilation of all documents (including all required test reports) shall be included in a Turnover Package at the completion of the project to facilitate CTO compliance review and future operation and maintenance of the constructed facilities.

  • This part of the Licensee Turnover Package may include information on other components which PA may choose to add in its reasonable discretion.

  • The system or subsystem Turnover Package prepared by the constructor was reviewed by KG&E Construction and KG&E Startup personnel for accuracy, completeness and acceptability for Startup testing.

  • AT&T shall endeavor, but shall not be committed, to review the Turnover Package and either 1) approve it by way of Actualizing MS ***** or 2) disapprove it by way of un-Actualizing MS*****, within 60 calendar days of Contractor’s MS***** Actualization.

More Definitions of Turnover Package

Turnover Package means the Turnover Packages described in Section 9.1 of the Technical Specifications.
Turnover Package means the materials designated on Appendix 2 to be provided by Seller to the Purchaser pursuant to Section 5.2.

Turnover Package means the transition documents which include, but are not limited to, results of all Performance Tests and any and all other Project Data, Project Assets information, Unit and Docking Station design documents and drawings, and the Project Operations Manual (as defined in the O&M Agreement).

Related to Turnover Package

  • Turnover Plan means the written plan developed by Contractor, approved by HHSC, and to be employed when the Work described in the Contract transfers to HHSC, or its designee, from the Contractor.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.
