TV Service definition

TV Service means video and/or audio programming services such as basic, standard, digital and premium video services, provided on a per-channel or per-program basis, pay-per-view or video on demand, all as provided by Ziply Fiber. “TV Service” does not include streaming video services delivered over the internet.
TV Service means the television service and/or news agency service that is owned and/or operated by the Company as more particularly described in Section C of this Agreement.
TV Service. You are welcome to use the TV, but please do not order additional channels or movies. Please don’t watch any sexually or violently explicit content.

Examples of TV Service in a sentence

  • Termination of other Frontier services, including the porting of your telephone service, may not terminate Frontier TV Service.

  • Access to the selected channels provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to receive the OPTIK TV Service content, provided the Customer complies with the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

  • By accepting this Agreement, you and any other users of Frontier TV Service within your Premises are bound by its conditions.

  • You may order up to three additional Set Top Boxes with Fios TV Service for an additional monthly charge.

  • TV Service is available for use at commercial establishments and other non-residential buildings (such as a bar, restaurant, hospital, or commercial building).

  • In commercial establishments with public viewing, only the TV Service lineup(s) that is approved for public viewing may be used.

  • Customer shall take all necessary precautions to ensure that the TV Service is received only by authorized parties, and that no part of the TV Service is received at any other location, including but not limited to locations where an admission fee, cover charge, minimum or like sum is charged.

  • Prepaid Fios TV Service will not include any Video On Demand or Pay Per View options that require a separate payment or monthly charge.

  • Licensor will furnish the following utilities: Basic Cable TV Service, Internet, Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewer, Garbage Removal (Licensee must bring garbage to appropriate trash chute or receptacle), Air Conditioning, and Self- Service Laundry Machine.

  • Under no circumstances shall Customer have any right to encode, alter, reformat, delete or otherwise modify the TV Service, including without limitation delivery method and any programming contained within the TV Service, without the express written consent of Spectrum.

Related to TV Service

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • eDDA Service means a service provided by HKICL as part of HKICL FPS to facilitate customers of Participants to set up direct debit authorisation.

  • EMV PSP Service means the Card payment gateway services, which may be powered by one or more third-party suppliers, you access and use to route Card based payments you accept from a Service User to submit for authorization and settlement to the Merchant Acquiring Bank.
