TV Service definition

TV Service means video and/or audio programming services such as basic, standard, digital and premium video services, provided on a per-channel or per-program basis, pay-per-view or video on demand, all as provided by Ziply Fiber. “TV Service” does not include streaming video services delivered over the internet.
TV Service means the television service and/or news agency service that is owned and/or operated by the Company as more particularly described in Section C on page 2 of this Agreement.
TV Service. You are welcome to use the TV, but please do not order additional channels or movies. Please don’t watch any sexually or violently explicit content.

Examples of TV Service in a sentence

  • Termination of other Frontier services, including the porting of your telephone service, may not terminate Frontier TV Service.

  • Enterprise TV Service includes the channel line-up and those premium and other pay-per-view, video-on-demand, or any visual content as mutually agreed upon in the Service Order.

  • The limitations of this paragraph shall not apply to formatting of programming for Enterprise TV Service as agreed by Spectrum and Customer.

  • Customer shall not, and shall not authorize or permit any other person to, do any of the following unless Customer has obtained a then-current music license permitting such activity: (i) charge a cover charge or admission fee to any Service Location(s) at the time the TV Service is being displayed or are to be displayed; or (ii) permit dancing, skating or other similar forms of entertainment or physical activity in conjunction with the performance of the TV Service.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • broadcasting service means a radiocommunication service in which the transmissions are intended for direct reception by the general public. This service may include sound transmissions, television transmissions or other types of transmission.
