TWIC Card definition

TWIC Card has the meaning set forth in Section 2.18.6(c).

Examples of TWIC Card in a sentence

  • Such authorized persons will be required to provide verification of their identity by providing a valid TWIC Card (at Seabrook Terminal) or Driver’s License and also indicate the purpose of the visit.

  • Visitors that do not possess a valid TWIC Card will be required to be escorted to/from Restricted Areas.

  • All Journeymen and Painters must remain current during the life of the Agreement with the following training and badging requirements: First Aid/CPR, TWIC Card, and 20 hour High Hazard as well as any training mandated by any regulatory agency.

  • The Facility is considered a MTSA facility and federal regulations generally require every person to have a valid TWIC Card in order to have unescorted access to the Facility.
