Type B Hospital definition

Type B Hospital means a hospital identified by the Office of Rural Health as a Type B hospital.
Type B Hospital has the meaning provided for in OAR 410-120-0000. “Urban” has the meaning provided for in OAR 410-120-0000.
Type B Hospital means a hospital identified by the Office of Rural Health as a Type B hospital.¶ (25169) "Urban" means a geographic area that is less than ten map miles from a population center of 30,000 people or more.¶
