Type II Disability definition
Type II Disability means the Executive’s substantial incapacity to perform the essential duties of her position for any three (3) months (whether or not consecutive) during any twelve (12) month period due to the Executive’s physical or mental illness, as determined by a physician mutually acceptable to, and agreed to in good faith by, a majority of the Board and the Executive.
