Type Margin definition

Type Margin. With respect to each Type of Purchased Asset, the corresponding annual rate of interest for such Type as set forth in the Transactions Terms Letter that shall be added to the Applicable Pricing Rate to determine the annual rate of interest for the related Purchase Price.
Type Margin. With respect to each Eligible Mortgage Loan, the percentages set forth on Schedule 1 under the heading “Type Margin.”
Type Margin. With respect to each Eligible Asset, the percentages set forth on Schedule 1 under the heading “Type Margin.”

Examples of Type Margin in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, from and after the date on which a Purchased Asset is deemed to be a Noncompliant Asset, the Purchase Price for such Purchased Asset shall bear a Price Differential at an annual rate equal to the sum of the Applicable Pricing Rate plus the Type Margin for a Noncompliant Asset.

  • For each Purchased Asset or Transaction as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the product of (a) (i) prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default, the sum of the Applicable Pricing Rate plus the applicable Type Margin, or (ii) following the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Default Rate, and (b) the Purchase Price for such Purchased Asset or Transaction.

More Definitions of Type Margin

Type Margin. With respect to each Type of Pledged Mortgage Loan, the corresponding annual rate of interest for such Type as set forth in the Loan Terms Letter that shall be added to the Applicable Interest Rate to determine the annual rate of interest for the Advance.

Related to Type Margin

  • Free Margin means the amount of funds available in the Client Account, which may be used to open a position or maintain an Open Position. Free Margin shall be calculated as: Equity less (minus) Necessary Margin [Free margin = Equity- Necessary Margin].

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • CD Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.
