Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;
Deed of Charge means the English law deed of charge that may be entered into between the Guarantor and the Representative of the Covered Bondholders (acting on behalf of the Covered Bondholders and the Other Creditors);
State of Charge (SOC) means the available electrical charge in a REESS expressed as a percentage of its rated capacity.
Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.
Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
Notice of Charges means a notice sent by the Compliance Department pursuant to Rule 607.
State of Charge means the operating parameter that represents the quantity of physical energy stored (measured in units of megawatt-hours) in an Energy Storage Resource Model Participant in proportion to its maximum State of Charge capability. State of Charge is quantified as defined in the PJM Manuals.
Maintenance Margin means the minimum amount of money required in your Trading Account as specified on the Trading Platform in order to keep a Transaction open on the Trading Platform.
Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.
Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.
Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.
Prepayment Charge Period As to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time during which a Prepayment Charge may be imposed.
Maximum State of Charge means the maximum State of Charge that should not be exceeded, measured in units of megawatt-hours. “Merchant A.C. Transmission Facility” shall mean Merchant Transmission Facilities that are alternating current (A.C.) transmission facilities, other than those that are Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities. “Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities” shall mean direct current (D.C.) transmission facilities that are interconnected with the Transmission System pursuant to Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part
Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;
Daily Charge means any of the User's Daily General Charge and, in respect of Passenger Operators, the Daily Long Term Charge, as the context requires;
Default Management Charge has the meaning given to it in paragraph 6.2 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);
Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Minimum State of Charge means the minimum State of Charge that should be maintained in units of megawatt-hours.
Annual Service Charge for any period means the maximum amount which is payable during such period for interest on, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable during such period in respect of any Disqualified Stock.
Prepayment Charge Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Charge and the term during which such Prepayment Charge is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
Administrative Charge means, with respect to any Lease, any payment (whether or not part of the fixed monthly payment) payable to the related Lessor representing a disposition fee, a late payment fee, an Extension Fee, an allocation to the related Lessee of insurance premiums, sales, personal property or excise taxes or any other similar charge.
Account Charge means, in relation to each of the Charged Accounts, the first priority fixed charge or pledge over all such accounts given or to be given by the relevant account holder thereof in favor of and in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Trustee.
Scottish basic rate means the rate of income tax of that name calculated in accordance with section 6A of the Income Tax Act 2007;
Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.
Specific local tax means a tax levied under 1974 PA 198, MCL 207.551 to 207.572, the commercial redevelopment act, 1978 PA 255, MCL 207.651 to 207.668, the technology park development act, 1984 PA 385, MCL 207.701 to 207.718, and 1953 PA 189, MCL 211.181 to 211.182. The initial assessed value or current assessed value of property subject to a specific local tax shall be the quotient of the specific local tax paid divided by the ad valorem millage rate. However, after 1993, the state tax commission shall prescribe the method for calculating the initial assessed value and current assessed value of property for which a specific local tax was paid in lieu of a property tax.
Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;
