UCC-9 Policy definition

UCC-9 Policy. Defined in Schedule 1, Part II of this Agreement.
UCC-9 Policy shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit VI.
UCC-9 Policy and “Underlying Property Owner” shall have the meanings specified in Exhibit VI.
