UDC Homes definition

UDC Homes means and refer to UDC Homes, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and, subject to the limitations on assignment, transfer, conveyance and encumbrance set forth in Section 1.12, shall also include its successors and assigns. From and after the date when UDC Homes shall have purchased all of the Lots, the term "UDC Homes" shall also be deemed to include, in addition to UDC Homes, Inc., and its successors and assigns ("UDC"), any other Person or Persons controlling, controlled by or under common control with UDC.
