UiPath Trademarks means any UiPath and/or UiPath Affiliate trademarks, tradenames, service marks, symbols, logos, brand names and other proprietary indicia of any UiPath and/or UiPath Affiliate under common law, state law, federal law and laws of foreign countries, as the case may be.

  • You will reasonably assist UiPath at UiPath’s expense in protecting the UiPath Trademarks.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to grant Senior Advisor any license or other right in regard to the materials or information, including UiPath Data, UiPath Trademarks and all Intellectual Property Rights related to any of the foregoing.

  • For the avoidance of any doubt, UiPath retains all rights to materials or information, including UiPath Data, UiPath Trademarks and all Intellectual Property Rights related to any of the foregoing, provided to Senior Advisor in the performance of this Agreement.
