UK Administrative Borrower definition
UK Administrative Borrower has the meaning specified therefor in Section 17.14(b).
UK Administrative Borrower has the meaning specified therefor in Section 17.14(b). “UK Authorized Person” means any one of the individuals identified as an officer of UK Administrative Borrower on Schedule A-2, or any other officer of UK Administrative Borrower identified by UK Administrative Borrower as an authorized person with respect to UK Administrative Borrower and authenticated through Agent’s electronic platform or portal in accordance with its procedures for such authentication.
